What is the creepiest story that happened to you?

Originally I made a post on one of the threads, but then I thought I make a separate one. Here is my story:

Once I had a long period of depression and in the end I took a lot of sleeping pills (ironically I wasn't intending to die, I just took them all at once for some odd reason). Instead of dying, I woke up feeling normal. I had sliced wounds on my left arms. Once I checked the date on my computer I realized that it was 3 days since I popped those sleeping pills. I didn't remember a single moment from all those 3 days...On one of the walls of my apartment I found a picture of a tree painted in brown. There was text written above the picture with the same "paint". It said "It hard to write with your blood so I will draw a tree...". Thinking back about all of this makes me feel like I am part of some horror movie. I asked people I usually interact with if I did something weird and they said that I was normal, attending lectures and all that. I don't know what else I did that I might find out about later, but the thought that there actually might be some other creepy shit, creeps me out a lot. The picture alone made me so scared because I never remember drawing it with my blood. Plot twist, someone else did this to me. In any ways this is the most fucked up shit that ever happened to me. I can post a picture if anyone wants to see if it actually is a blood. Since it was recently I can also post the pictures of my scars

Recently I called the local post regarding my packages that I was supposed to receive. They told me a young man has accepted it and signed with my name. I searched through my apartment and found in my wardrobe the book that I ordered. Some pages were riped and there was some blood stains. I figured that I was doing a lot of random and drastic actions while I was "out". The thought of this makes me sick, I imagine if I would go on killing spree or something.

If I can add anything to this is that the drug is a simple sleeping pill. However popping many at once usually results in coma for the abuser. However there were stories of people just getting short term amnesia and while in that period under influence of drug (which has like 1 day half life) they were doing weird stuff.
