Can you upload files to websites from the ipad?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to upload files from my ipad or cloud storage to websites such as moodle, facebook, etc. Right now, all I can do is email files, or sync to dropbox, box, or icloud. I can always upload files stored in dropbox to websites from my computer, but I would like to be able to do this from my ipad as well. Any suggestions?
