As a KSP pseudo-newb, I have a couple questions

I say "pseudo-newb" because I used to play KSP a long time ago, but school got in the way. I picked it up two days ago on Steam and there's so much new stuff that it's overwhelming. To keep this short, I have a couple questions that I'll ask now.

1. I can get a satellite into orbit, but that's pretty much all I can do. I can't figure out how to rendezvous with another object and I definitely can't figure out how to dock. Any suggestions or links to videos I should watch?

2. How on earth do I set up a fueling space station?

3. What's generally easier to control, a single-rocket ship, or something else?

4. I can't get space planes past roughly 400 meters before they explode into little bits. Any helpful advice?
