People with bad PC's, what is your FPS?

I'm curious here to know why so many people run TF2 with utter, horrible, graphics. The Source engine is not difficult to run, infact, I believe it's one of the best engines out there that allows the very worst and the very best to cooperate, but with the swarm of FPS configs out there, I'm starting to second-guess myself here.

Do you currently run a FPS config, if so or not, what is your current video card, and your average FPS?
