Good jungle champions

I am thinking of buying a new jungler. My favorite junglers right now is Xin Zhao and Nocturne. Il ike their ability to chase, their CC and their early ganks. What are some good junglers? I have thought about buying Volibear and Hecarim and would like to know if they will get nerfed soon.
