Need some help from pump users, well diabetics overall

So I started using a pump in January. Things are going really well I went from an A1C of 8.2 to 6.6 in three months . Now I've been diabetic for 9 years and my A1C wasn't even that good when I was in my honeymoon stage.
You're probably wondering what the issue is then, right? Well it seems like ever since the beginning I have been having issues with anxiety over putting my sites. I used to have this problem with shots. I would then simply just not take my shots then. After Bering to therapy twice over my diabetes I conquered that issue and don't really feel like doing this with my pump.
Yes , yes I know I'll die without my insulin and know its terrible effects on my body without taking it. Trust me I know people that have lost most of their sight and some limbs to diabetes. I'm looking for help about the anxiety part. Last time it took me 4 and half hours to change.
TL;DR having anxiety about changing my pump site. Any advice?
