I think I broke the Argosy Captain!

Hes been in Moga for i don't even know how long now but i keep checking the log on when hes supposed to be departing after each quest and it keeps showing 4 days. He only has trade items from the Farmer and Wyverian realms. This happened when i put in a stop over request under these conditions:

Farmer: Bypass

Hunter: Visit

Wyverian: bypass

Voyage aid: Perfect Paddle

And i put that in about a few literal days ago. WHAT DO??
