Keeping it brief: Very sketchy neighbors. Seems like every time I've submitted a license plate (by request) to the police, the neighbor moves it soon after.

Today we installed a security cam. In the process, I happened to disconnect/reconnect our wifi and saw a really weird network name show up on the list under ours, and then it disappeared. Weird because it had OUR NAME (not a common name, btw). Now I can't find it. What gives, experts-is our skeevy neighbor hacking us or am I just being a paranoid idiot? ^^waits ^^for ^^idiot ^^shame ^^heckling ^^to ^^begin ^^:(
