Drunk fucker destroyed my car

So just some background . I'm a student at a rather large University, and just so everyone knows I'm here on loans. That's beside the point though. I had been trying to get my car that was at home fixed for a long time so I could have it up here. Well it was sitting in the street at home when some drunk driving mother fucker just plowed into the side of it and totaled it. So know I have two weeks until summer starts when I will be living a 40 minute walk away from work for both me and my fiance. If this douchebag hadn't of been drinking, hadn't of passed out and hadn't of totaled my car none of this wouldnt have happened.
