[Help/Question] Have any of you done a Pennywise the Dancing Clown cosplay?

If so, what did it look like? Do you have any tips on constructing/acquiring the costume? Did you have any props? Did you do the teeth?

I just started reading IT and I want to do a Pennywise cosplay.
