[TOMT] [Movie] Spent the past hour googling, looking for a movie from my childhood...

It was about a couple or a group of people that go to this freak show circus thing. The only scene I can remember is all of the freak show people are in a hollywood squares type grid and one of the freaks say "I have espn" or something like that. Google only come up with the mean girls quote. I don't remember the point of the movie, but I think it was a comedy of sorts. At this point in time, my wife thinks I am making the whole thing up, but I know I am not.

Movie from 80's or early 90's, but that is as specific as I can be.
