Why didn't God give us free will AND perfect?

Does having free will somehow imply that we MUST do evil? Why not instill in us perfect and moral natures, like he and the angels have?

Does free will exist in heaven if there is no possibility of evil or sin?

Does God have free will if he cannot sin?
