Strong feelings of suicide after few weeks of Depakote (Valproic Acid)

I'm having strong feelings of suicide after a few weeks of being on this stuff.

I've thought of it before, but not this heavy. The feelings last for 20 mins at most. Well maybe a bit longer.

I could go and kill myself right now and I am contemplating it. I just wanted to know if anyone else had similar side effects on this drug as I understand this to be one of them.
