I'm so tired of being taken advantage of.

We have a friend as our roommate who agreed to pay us rent but has been living with us for going on 3 months and she has not paid a dime. Yet she posts on Facebook about buying a brand new Galaxy S III and spending 200 bucks at the mall yet she can't seem to find the money to pay her fucking rent! Then I heard she was telling people that she shouldn't have to pay rent because she is hardly ever there. Fuck that! We pay for that fucking room and we don't get to fucking use it! FUCK! Kicking her ass out Monday if she doesn't pay.

Moral of the story: don't let your "friends" move in with you without a fucking contract.
