Clothing? Thoughts on gear setup. Tops and bottoms

I've really been looking at castelli? I'm wanting to get a warm jersey /jacket, short sleeve shirt jersey, and a bib shorts and pants. How are castelli? Competitive cyclist /chain love has some cool stuff from them. Are they overpriced? Is there better stuff for the money? I'm budgeting around 200$ other brands I've looked at are Pi and hincape?

I haven't seen most of this stuff in person so how is it.
