So is Arrow in syndication already?

These Arrow weekends on WGN, that counts as syndication right? I can't think of any series that's put in syndication in its first season.

It might not be syndication because they are borrowing other CW shows, but it has to be a good sign for future seasons past Season 2!! I'd like to see it hit all five seasons as ideally planned.
