[TOMT] [Cartoon] TV show from my childhood, talking dinosaur in circus foiling evil people

I've been trying desperately to remember this show... I want to say that the dinosaur (A diplodocus, I think) was called George, but I can't remember. I do remember that he had a deep, slow voice, English accent as I recall. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was a British show. As far as I can remember, the basic format of the show was circus (Ringmaster mum, a dad that did... something, I think there was a miserable clown, two twin kid acrobats) goes to a country, evil mastermind that wants to kidnap dinosaur to put him in a zoo sends henchmen to try and get him, kids foil evil plot, lather rinse repeat. I think it was on maybe... 8 years ago?
