Friend found kittens in TN and needs help

A friend in my WoW guild found 4 kittens, under a week old that were going to be thrown into a dumpster at Walmart. He and his girlfriend have no idea how to care for them, any help information-wise or an area rescue group would be greatly appreciated. (2 still have the umbilical cords, all still have eyes closed) They did buy kitten milk replacement and are attempting to feed them.
