What are the best sub machine guns, machine guns, and assualt rifles for End Game? Whats the best setup with attachments and stuff?

I haven't played since when Close Quarters came out, so I'm behind on the updates. I'm wondering what the best guns overall are and the best DLC guns.

What are the best new guns, as well?
