Weather Control

It feels like, every year, the weather of the season is new, never experienced before, something to talk about. What if the world is actually on a weather, not a yearly/seasonal schedule, and the weather patterns cycle through every so many sun angle pathway passings? Our simple, short lived minds cannot comprehend the vaster scale of climate shifting patterns. The earth is not flowing exactly circular around the equatorial axes. The pools (oceans, lakes, seas) of water have there own deep pattern of movement, whether by magnetic, electrical, or solar shifts, perhaps all. This pattern pushes the more sparse molecular water/chemical nutrients bla bla through the atmospheric portion of earth spreading them through the living creatures that contain their own pocket of water, i.e. all species that have external water retention/siccation prevention cells . Possibilities of earth exist in its ability to spread water to all its parts. the water activates what exists (or can exist) in the region.
