Do any of you guys have ADHD co-morbid with other disorders, and has that complicated treatment?

I had part 1 of my ADHD evaluation two days ago.

I just called up the medical center and left a message saying I think I may have answered the depression related questions inaccurately, because upon reflection I realized that I have actually experienced a lot of what it was asking.

Now I'm very scared and wondering what this means relative to my diagnosis/treatment timeline. E.g. will they recognize I have both things, will they think I'm scamming for meds (I'm most certainly not), et cetera.
