Reddit, why is it okay for Feminists to make joke about men's physique in public, but they not the other way around?

First of all, I have a huge respect for women and their bodies. So much so in fact, that I never make jokes about women's breasts, weight, or other physical features in public. Most people agree that objectifying women's bodies, even when joking, is rude. So why is it okay for women to call men small, wimpy, and joke about penis size right to their faces, while a man cannot call a woman fat, hairy, or tiny-titted without being barraged by comment about their chauvinism?
