Dragons as a symbol of British Imperialism.

I was asked to share my honors thesis which involves using the dragons in Harry Potter as a symbol of British Imperialism. It also includes the dragons in the Inheritance Cycle as a symbol of the American Melting Pot/Civil Rights. Admittedly, I know far less about the Inheritance Cycle than I do about Harry Potter so that section is not nearly as thorough.

If any one has any suggestions for improvement of my arguments or writing style, please let me know! Although the paper has been submitted already, I would love to improve my work. I am also open to answer questions if anything isn't clear.

I am an undergrad, so this is by no means a work of perfection.
