What percentage of Teachers make $100,000?

Had a conversation with family member and they were going on and on about teachers sitting in an empty room and earning 100k a year (substitute teachers)

I find it hard to believe most make over 40k that are doing the actual work. I expect the school admins to be pulling down the larger $$ like corp America.

Who is right and who is wrong here? Are teachers all overpaid with 2 months vacation that are bankrupting the country?

Or is this smoke and mirrors to take our eyes off the 300x salaries of CEOs and Military Industrial Complex spending more tax dollars than the next half dozen countries in the world combined.
