Need help finding an adapter for a three band 3.5mm headphone cable.

I recent purchased a pair of SOL Republic Tracks HD. These have headset controls with a built in mic on them. I'm wondering if there's an adapter to split the signals of the audio and the third band (the mic) so that I can plug the mic signal into the microphone slot on my computer, and the audio into the headphone slot.
