Does anyone know anything about this place?

I mentioned to a friend that I was going to look into moving into this place: http://bellingham.craigslist.org/apa/3711503675.html -- and she said that this place is ALWAYS on craigslist, and with its super low price and convenient location, she insists there must be something wrong with it, if the turnover is so fast. Have any of you looked at this place, or known someone who lived there, or, anything, really?
