Stocking a brand new electronics lab.....no idea what to buy. Help!

So I will be stocking a new lab for my company. We do a lot of lots of fine electronics work. I have a fairly sizeable budget. We have been using a bunch of stuff the owner bought on surplus when he opened the company. We have grown out of our current lab and pretty much need to replace everything. Looking for advice on building a kick ass lab for our engineers to use.

What hand tools do you recommend, specifically brands. We have the ability to buy quality tools, I want to do it right the first time. Keep in mind, we do fine work.

What tweezers should I get. I use them all of the time but the brand we have is terrible. What are a good, ESD safe tweezer to buy? What tip types should I get?

What is a good electronics microscope to buy? How about microscope camera? Scope with a camera the better way to go?

What is good lab equipment to buy. I have the basics...Oscope, Logic Analyzers, multimeters, power supplies. Anything else that I should think about getting? What are good brands to stick with?

We're an embedded shop. We have a number of engineers that need to use protocol analyzers at the same time. Are the USB devices like the USBee-RX worth anything? I was thinking about getting a few of these for people to use at their desk. If they need something better, they just go down to the lab. My thinking here is that people keep stuff in the lab rather than their desk.
