Attn: HAIRSTYLISTS of REDDIT!

I have been out of cos. school since the end of 2011. To make long stories short I started working in a salon this past August. I was told I'd learn the front desk first then move along to assisting. I understood that because when it gets busy it's nice when people help out as a team. Anyway... here we are in April now and I'm still at this front desk (assisting for 1 HOUR 2 days a week.. in which I mostly wash color bowls, etc) I'm learning nothing and starting to feel un-confident like I've forgotten alot of things. I have an interview at another salon Monday.

My question is: does anyone know of any videos or YouTube channels (ANYTHING) I can get my hands on/subscribe to for some refreshers of basic haircuts/colors/highlighting? I went to a Paul Mitchell school, but it doesn't have to be Paul Mitchell focused education.
