Options for washing my car in Korea?

I live in a big apartment complex and I'd like to explore some options for washing my car.

I just got the car, but it's starting to get dirty. I never see anyone washing their cars in the underground parking or outside. Is this frowned upon/illegal?

Do I have to go to a car wash?
