AI teammates not doing objectives/fun combined ops 2 player co op missions

I'm playing the arma 2 mission Black Hawk Down - Fallujah (http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=15661) and once we start the mission none of the ai teammates do anything. Is the mission just like that or is something amiss? Also does anyone have suggestions for two person combined ops co op missions. Thank you so much.
