[TOMT][Movie or Cartoon] Group of dinosaur friends. '90s - *early* '00s

It was animated in that classic looking 'Lady and the Tramp' Disney style. There was a group of dinosaur friends. They were kids. They were all different types of dinosaurs and one was a triceratops. They went on little adventures and got into trouble a lot. I don't remember there being parents... I might have the time period wrong. I'm pretty sure it was on Disney. I remember seeing it on VHS not that long ago and I was going to buy it, but I can't remember what it was called. Any help?

Edit: I think one of their names was Sara.
