Hey fellow Geos! I have a paper for my Structural Geology course on pseudotachylytes. Do any of you know anything interesting or special about them?

I've done a lot of research, so I don't need a Wikipedia regurgitation or anything. I'm looking for something you may have come across in your work or graduate studies such as insight they may provide when researching faults/fault systems, or kinematics of earthquake processes, etc. Anything interesting is much appreciated!
