Looking for a job in Oslo

Hi, I am finishing up my PhD in educational statistics this May and am hoping to move to Norway after finishing my degree. I am wondering if any of you might have suggestions about possible places that I could apply for jobs in Oslo? In addition to a PhD in educational statistics, I will also have a MS in statistics, and a BS in biology. I would be interested in working anywhere that might need a statistician or a psychometrician (like standardized testing or psychological measurement).

My wife has dual citizenship with Norwegian & American (her mom was born in Norway) but I'm American.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!
