Maintenance and care?

Hello r/bicycling. Just joined a few weeks back after purchasing my new ride. I am just curious if the more gearhead oriented in the pack can point me in the right direction of learning to take care of my bicycle after a ride, and maybe some light maintenance instructions. Having invested the money, I really really want to keep her in top shape. Best purchase EVER, I might add.
