Patching the traffic

I heard people really likes hates the jams the traffic currently ends up in. At least I found traffic jams to be quite annoying. I've aimed to "solve" this problem.

How do you run it? Just download both files and plomp them in the same folder, ten run the EXE and it should inject. You could however inject it any way you want, i just included a simple one which i guarantee is virus free.

Now what does this do? The DLL does one simple job, it nops one instruction in the whole program. This instruction is located dynamically, so it should be independent of updates.

In laymans terms this instruction has the duty of slowing down the vehicle (at least partly). Removing this has the effect of making all breaks on the cars worse. This in turn makes the traffic flow smoother since cars will partly clip through each other and sometimes drive through a red light. While this does not sound very clever and quite immersion-breaking i find it gives a more enjoyable flow throughout the city.

I tried to record a video of it, but it didn't come out right. It did show cars crossing red light, and one of the more funny side effects, namely that the police will circle a crimescene instead of stopping in front of it.

I would advise you to try it out youself.

Please be aware that this is a DLL, and a cheat, you could be banned, although i haven't yet.
