Restart computer...

We are in the process of rolling out new antivirus software (going from Symantec, to Trend Micro). I created a GPO, pushed it out to the OUs, and sent an email out asking everybody to reboot their computers tonight, prior to heading home.

5 emails, 7 phone calls and at least a dozen stops in the hallways asking how to reboot later...

I wonder how these people can find the keyboard.
