Does anyone know where I may find some free page decorations?

I have a 30th wedding anniversary to plan with my wife; its for her parents, BTW. We are looking to make the invitations ourselves and we need some page decorations for the header and footer. We use MS Word 2010 for our main word doc program. Any help to find some free page decorations would be greatly appreciated. Everywhere I have looked has a price tag on the download. I hope this is the correct sub-reddit to go to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
