Problems finding the right DI

Hey guys. I've recently started playing to a click track live because the new band I'm in has many pre recorded samples in songs. I'm interested if anyone knows how to feed my fold back into my in ear monitors as well as my click and the sample track. I'd need a quad DI to split left (click) and right (sample) off the iPod, but I still have no clue how to get the rest of the band in my ears. If anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
