What is the best way to Paragon level up a Monk?

How had the monk builds changed in the last couple of months in terms of XP farming ? Last time I checked up low level TR was FotM.

What's the situation now with 1.08 on the way ?

Is TR/Bell low MP(0-3) still good or some MP10 Thunderclap/Exploding palm and 5 NV stacks is superior? If the later is true what the exact build would look like skillwise and would it be better to use a skorn or EF + LL wep ?
