I know this has been asked before but the threads aren't getting any attention.

What the fuck is going on? It says live is back up but I can log in and if I do I the Xbox loads things very slowly. Think 10 mins slow. It also says my wifi connection is missing yet here I am using my own wifi. Yesterday my Xbox was running fine, today it's just been weird.
