Popped a tire on my 1 series..

So I was driving and some drunk driver started swerving in my lane and to keep my baby safe I had to move right quick. Didn't notice the curb and hit it, trashing my right tire and denting the rim :(.. I didn't get the license plate or anything about the car..

Any clue on how I can trick bmw into hooking me up with a free tire? Not too keen on buying another one at the moment :/..

Also, where can I find a good price for an e82 tire? She's a 2011 128i.
