[Question] Network Wide Premium

So, I heard the news that Premium is now Network wide so that it also includes the Ghostcraft premium and vice versa. I recently bought a silver package and I still cant use the Iron level kits. Is this on purpose? Because shouldn't that be included in the Network wide premium? (If I'm correct the Ghostcraft Iron is $25)

Thanks!
