Childcare?

I'm thinking of moving to Juneau with a 3.5 year old - and would need childcare/daycare/all day pre-school. From looking around, it looks like it is hard to come by. The position would start in August, so I don't have a lot of time for wait lists, unfortunately.

Are there any daycare centers that you all would recommend to beg/plead to get into? Most don't have websites, so it's hard to check out from the lower 48.
