Looking to switch banks or even go to a credit union! Advice, NYC?

I'm really unhappy with my bank and am looking to switch to another bank or even a local credit union. What banks/credit unions do you recommend? Pros/cons?

Here's what I would like to have:

• debit card
• overdraft protection
• connected low cost (preferably free) savings account
• connected low cost (preferably free but I don't think it's possible) business account
• reasonable to (hopefully) non-existent out-of-network ATM fees, especially for a credit union
• online bill pay
• mobile banking

My bank has a good deal of this, but every time I try to find out information about a business account they refuse to give me a straight answer. Since my income is not 100% steady I'm nervous about opening a business account with them when I'm not financially solid and they can't even answer a simple cost question. I've been meaning to get away for awhile and I think it's time!

Any advice would be really appreciated! :)
