I would like to share 1 story of my 16th birthday
to start of this isn't to get sympathy I actually do very well for my self now and I am a better person for it. When I was younger my mother worked in a dead end job making barely enough to survive she had my brother and me we are 18 months apart she was a single parent so all she could afford was a single wide trailer but that's ok it was home the day of my 16th birthday I woke up to my mom celebrating me happy birthday with a bag with a couple balloons in it she gave it to me almost crying cause she couldn't afford much more it had 2 Air walk shirts in it ... I was a huge Air walk fan back in the day the shirts probably cost $10 or so but I didn't care she told me she was sorry she couldn't get more but while I hugged her neck and kissed her on the cheek I told her "it was ok" and "I love them thank you" I don't remember if there was cake but I'm sure there was.
