Riot Pls! Cassio need a buff or rework

Cassio was my main in S2 and it is with her that I could go up to 1600 elo until she got a nerf. She has an incredible and unique (that's why i love her) gameplay for harras, kite and "Hit&Run" but always i play against some champion with dash, grab and hard CC's, i can't do anything although i'm feed. She realy need more escape and high burst on Twin Fang (E) to make her more viable in Teamfight

So, I have some suggestions :

• Noxious Blast (Q) or/and Twin Fang (E) casting animation does not interrupt movement commands.
• Noxious Blast (Q) or Deadly Cadance (Passiv) has a passiv giving bonus MS when she hit an ennemy (like Evelynn (W))
• Twin Fang (E) increase dammage to 55 / 90 / 125 / 160 / 200 (+0.55) from 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 (+0.55)
• Petrifying Gaze (R) casting animation is reduced

OH AND PLZ ! Furror's boots actualy don't work with Twin Fang (E)

I hope sincerely that something will be done for her to be more viable.
