Suggestions for IEMs

I'm pretty new to actually wanting my music to sound good, but after realizing there are better in-ear headphones than apple buds, I am obsessed with finding the best ones for me. So, here it goes!

Budget: My price limit is ~$50. I will be pretty flexible with it, but anything higher than $70 is a no.

Source: I am definitely getting a Sansa Clip+ because it seems to be the most raved about budget MP3. I am also using my laptop. If it matters my laptop is a Toshiba Satellite. No amps at all.

Isolation: I'm going to be using these in school, so I want enough isolation to block out my classmates' convorsations after everyone's finished their tests.

Type of headphone: As mentioned, IEM

Tonal balance: From what I understand (I am new to this) I want a pretty balanced phone, with decent bass. Not overpowering "thumping bass" but noticable over the rest of the sounds. I like to be able to seperate everything that's going on. If it matters, I heard that the SoundMagic E30 makes the cut with what I described, I just worried they didn't have enough bass for my liking.

Past Headphones: Currently, I'm using MeElectronics M6 for my IEMs. They're pretty good, but there's just something about them I'm not enjoying. Some tones don't sound very clear to me, or lacking, and the bass is kind of soft for my liking.

Preferred music: This is gonna be hard. I like listening to everything from classical to metal. A few songs that are my favorites include:

I also enjoy a lot of Rap, including Eminem, 50 Cent, Drake, Frank Ocean, and OFWGKTA. As for my classical tastes I just use Pandora's Classical Radio station for when I'm doing homework (I didn't want to make the list any longer).
