Caldari FW LP?

So, I'm a bit new to FW and so I joined Caldari, sadly I hate it but I have over 120K LP to spend. I was hoping for some ideas on what would be good to flip some LP to ISK.

Also, does anyone know why the FW system sucks so much for the Caldari and Amarr?
