Can anyone explain the plot holes in The Dark Knight Rises? Spoilers if you haven't seen it.

I love Nolan's Batman and the first two movies of the trilogy were amazing. However, I know that there are a lot of plot holes that make TDKR not as critically acclaimed as the other two. A few off the top of my head are:

• Bruce Wayne getting from the jail back to Gotham without any resources

• Bruce Wayne's leg getting better

• Batman surviving the atomic blast

• Why Batman decided to waste time and go Picasso with gasoline on the bridge

If anyone has any ideas or theories that have these or other plot holes actually make so that I can sleep better at night knowing that Nolan didn't mess up the last movie of a great trilogy, that would be appreciated.
