Deadhouse Gates - Mappo and Icarium [Spoilerish]

I'm almost done with DG, and recently got to the part where Mappo finally tells Icarium his terrible secret. I knew it was leading up to this moment, but it was so damn heavy. The Jhag and the Trell's relationship is amazing and beautiful and tragic.

I had to set the book down for a moment.
